De-Brief Clerk

Menzies Distribution has an excellent opportunity for a De-Brief Clerk to join our team based in Bristol.

THE DETAILS:

- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / 13:30pm - 22:00pm
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Location: Greensplot, Chittening Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YB

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Answering inbound telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and adhering to depot KPI's
- Assisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions
- Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
- De
- Ensuring contractor paperwork is completed
- Basic administrative duties
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Be a good communicator, have good attention to detail, and be willing to assist in all areas of the business when required
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer literate - Microsoft Excel/Teams/Word
- An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines
