Hse Advisor

Cranleigh STEM are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Construction / Manufacturing business. Due to their continued year on year success and rise in workload they are looking to hire an experienced HSE Advisor Reporting into the Head of H&S, youwill be responsible for driving Health & Safety forward throughout the workforce, implementing ideas and ensuring a safe working environment for all.

**HSE Advisor Responsibilities and Duties**:

- To continuously liaise with the workforce in order to attain a consistent approach to Health & Safety across all sites and satellite offices
- To keep the company up to date with legislative requirements, updating relevant policies and procedures where necessary
- To undertake, record and implement workplace, fire, first aid, manual handling, COSHH and DSE & Environmental risk assessments as and when required
- To manage external Health & Safety Audits to ISO 45001 and Environmental Audits to ISO 14001

**HSE Advisor Experience and Qualifications required**:

- NEBOSH Diploma
- Demonstrable knowledge within a Construction / Manufacturing / Industrial environment
- NEBOSH General (essential)
- IEMA qualification (desirable)
- Full UK Driving License
