We are a successful well established and constantly growing company and are currently recruiting **Customer Care Advisors** to join our already well established customer service team, you will provide online advice via telephone and web chat to our ever-growing UK customer base.

The role will be both challenging and varied and will allow people with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude to develop their customer skills within our growing customer centre discussing customer needs for our unique domestic products.

Customer service skills will be an advantage in this role but more important is your positive attitude and determination to provide a best in class service to a quality product.

Full product training will be provided to the successful applicants and the biggest factor we are looking for is someone who can shine in a customer centric company and who has a great will to win.

**Responsibilities**
- You will handle with confidence, inbound calls to our customer service department relating to new sales, technical support and general enquiries.
- Converse with customers via our web chat.
- Handle queries via our social media platforms.

Hours of work will be an average of 37.50 per week, although working hours may vary as part of the company annualised hours system.
