Trainee Traffic Management Operative

The Adjuvo Group has an exciting opportunity for 10 x Trainees who want to develop a long term career in Highway Maintenance carrying out Temporary Traffic Management duties.

We are looking for hard working, flexible people to join our clients team of experienced Traffic Management professionals and work alongside them whilst training in all aspects of the work.

In addition to the recognised industry training courses successful applicants shall also receive on the job training as well as additional off the job training to further develop their background knowledge of industry guidelines, applicable legislation, site design processes, and much more...

**Job Title**:Trainee Traffic Management Operative

**Rate of Pay**:Starting pay while training - £11.45 p/hr rising after completion of further qualifications

**Hours of Work**:Varies, but on average most workers are working between 45 and 65 hours per week.

**Location**:Newtown (Wales) and Surrounding Areas

**The Role**:
Duties will include installing, maintaining and removing Temporary Traffic Management equipment on both high and low speed roads whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and the National Highways Sector Scheme.

**DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- GSCE English and Maths is preferred
- Fluent spoken & written English is required to do this job safely
