**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Graduate Trainee Cover Supervisor you will:
- Have a degree or equivalent education
- Be a natural leader and someone with the confidence to lead a lesson in the absence of the class teacher
- Have a willingness to learn
- Be passionate about education and providing the highest possible level of support to young people
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
