We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Female and Male **Care Assistant** to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to residents within our care home. This role is vital in helping our residents live dignified, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Whether you’re an experienced carer or new to the sector, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow in your career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing person-centred care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Supporting residents with medication (following appropriate training and guidelines)
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect
- Building strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Supporting residents with recreational activities and social engagement
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

**Requirements**:

- A genuine passion for working with older adults or individuals with care needs
- Good communication skills and a caring nature
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a care or support role
