**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing support during busy service periods. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in seating guests and managing reservations efficiently.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items and specials.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Support bartending staff during busy periods by preparing drinks and serving beverages.
- Collaborate with catering teams for events, ensuring all guests receive excellent service throughout their experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
- Familiarity with bartending or catering services is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
