R & A Hotels are looking for looking for new nights team members, to join our expanding team in Chester.
Based between our three Chester Hotels, this is a great role with great progression. You will join our team on Night porters, who often work out the shift patterns to suit.
Our hotels are open 24 hours a day, and our guests arrive and check out at all times. You will be tasked with
Checking guests in
Taking Payments
Answering telephone calls
Checking the hotel throughout the night to ensure that the hotel is compliant with all fire legislation.
Running eod of shift banking so that the front of house teams are ready for the morning shifts
Our shift patterns are
11pm to 7am
or
7pm to 7am
Full training and support is provided, and you will be fully trained in the following areas:
Receiving telephone calls from Guests
Working on our reservation systems
Health and safety regulations
Fire regulations and security

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
