**Salary**: £450 - £550 per day depending on experience

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team in Brentwood, Essex. While experience with London Underground/rail projects is preferred, it is not essential. This is an office-based role with opportunities for long-term growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed electrical estimates for a variety of projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating.
- Utilize estimating software and tools effectively to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the estimation process.
- Review historical data and industry trends to inform cost estimates and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations to secure contracts.
- Monitor project progress and provide support as needed to ensure that estimates align with actual costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
- Familiarity with London Underground or rail projects is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
