Part Time Sales Administrator

Are you a strong administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Estate Agency chain in their sales administration team on a part time basis. The hours will be 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Full training will be provided however strong experience in administration is essential. You must have excellence communication skills as the role requires inbound and outbound calls.
**Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator**:
- Progressing sales from 'offer agreed’ to 'completion’
- Guide clients throughout the progress of the house sale
- Provide excellent customer service
- Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
- Work to milestones and deadlines
- Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
- Chase paperwork, enquires and contracts
- Organise completion dates between parties and branches
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £16,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northolt: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
