**About The Role**:
The Online Learning Team create a range of blended learning solutions, hosted on our state-of-the-art platform, Flight Academy. The Online Learning Content Developer role creates digital resources for varied departments and stakeholders across the business. From product launches to process changes, in collaboration with the wider team and with stakeholders, you will design and create innovative solutions that address the training needs. The role is suited to someone who is comfortable engaging with people from all roles in the company including senior executives.
- Promote blended learning through the creation of engaging digital training tools.
- Transform stakeholder ideas into well-articulated and innovative learning experiences.
- Develop graphics, guides, eLearning modules and interactive storyline elements to enhance resources.
- Work in unison with the rest of the team to collaborate on ideas for the best design outcomes.
- Managing stakeholders and projects independently.
- Working with multiple stakeholders at once, meeting tight deadlines.
- Lead the graphics and eLearning design team, mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Ensure the graphics and eLearning design team makes technical information and language accessible.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2/3 years experience in an eLearning role.
- Educated to degree level.
- Strong working knowledge of Articulate 360 suite, specifically storyline and RISE.
- Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Working knowledge of XD and After Effects is desirable.
- Previous learning design experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience working on projects that span different work streams and business areas.
