As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our stores and driving customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to promote our products and brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually impactful displays that reflect current trends and seasonal promotions.
- Plan and execute store layouts, ensuring optimal product placement and customer flow.
- Arrange and style merchandise in an appealing and organised manner, paying attention to color coordination, product grouping, and storytelling.
- Maintain visual standards across the store by regularly inspecting displays and making necessary adjustments.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated on best practices and innovative display ideas.
- Collaborate with store managers to analyse sales data and customer feedback, making adjustments to visual merchandising strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong artistic and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of current fashion, design, and retail trends..
- Ability to interpret and implement brand guidelines effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel to different store locations as required.
