**Job Title - Trainee Mortgage Advisor**

**Salary - 20k-25k**

**Advisor Training - all provided by the company, you will be expected to be a mortgage advisor within 18 months on average.**

**An opportunity to join a fast growing mortgage brokerage - they are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to come onboard, initially as a mortgage processor/administrator. You must hold some form of financial services/insurance experience. You willstart on a mortgage admin role before moving into advisory.**

**The Role of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;**
- Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
- Full mortgage back office
- When clients are proceeding with a mortgage, handle the administration through to completion and maintain the database
- Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
- Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors

**Skills required for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;**
- You must currently be in a FS, or insurance role
- A CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 is preferred
- Verbal and written communication
- Good telephone manner
- Organisation and planning
- Compliant
- Professional
