**Job title**: Customer Experience Specialist

**Location**: Kings Yard, London, E15 2HG

**Length**: 3 months (temporary to permanent)

**Work hour**: 09.30 - 17.30

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist on behalf of a well established organisation on a 3 months temporary contract to permanent.

In this role you will be supporting our Customer Service team and supporting Residential Services Manager. Some of the other duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with their Metering and Billing enquiries
Processing payments, either in person or over the phone from residents
Resolving or escalating issues if required
Liaising with engineers and head office to coordinate work orders
Managing schedules and bookings for engineers
Providing reporting information to internal/external customers
Adhering to the Quality Assurance standards and client KPIs set by the company

**Requirements for this position**:
Previous Customer Services/ Administrative experience
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office system
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Preferably having previous metering & billing experience
Ability to demonstrate multitasking skills and overcome logístical challenges
Ability to transfer skills across different systems and teams
