Labourer/van Driver

We are currently require Labourers/Van Drivers based in the Somerton area for ongoing work for our clients. Working Monday - Friday, you will take pride in delivering impeccable service whilst working with our clients.

As a professional Labourer/Van Driver you will maintain our high level of cleanliness ensuring inside the vehicle is kept clean, that all relevant laws / regulations are adhered to and your attire is appropriate / presentable for customer facing roles. (Full uniform / PPE is provided)

Due to the location and operating times of some clients your own transport would be beneficial due to public transport not always being available / reliable.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- You must hold a full UK [Category B Licence].
- Ideally you will have van driving experience.
- Be happy to deal with the general public.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Clean and professional at all times.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- The ability to handball off large and heavy items.

**THE PAY**

PAYE
- £12.00 per hour.
- Minimum 9 hours paid per day.
- Overtime after 9 hours Monday to Friday
- potential to earn over time on a Saturday
- Good overtime rates available on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
- Up to 28 days holiday accrued per year.
- Pension contributions after 12 weeks probation period. (optional)
- (45 hour week Mon to Fri would gross £540.00).
- (50 hour week Mon to Fri would gross £600.00).
- (55 hour week Mon to Fri would gross £660.00).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerton, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
