Profile

The successful Maintenance supervisor will be a multi-skilled Engineer and preferably electrical bias.
You will be a highly motivated individual as there will be many opportunities for further development/up-skilling within this role.

The Role

As the Maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for a team of 4 engineers who are responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance on new and existing equipment. You will be working on process machinery such as conveyors, processing equipment andassociated packaging equipment and you will be responsible for supporting your team both electrically and mechanically on breakdowns and ppms. Exposure to PLCs is recommended- Planning all engineering tasks PMs and Corrective work orders
- Recommending improvements were required
- Will be involved in all reviews and one to one with the engineering teams
- Producing reports when required
- Work closely with the managers to look at line efficiency and waste management
- Manage and ensure all documentation has been completed to the right standard
- Run small projects
- Route cause analysis
