Spire Wirral Hospital are looking for a Business Admin Assistant to join our small and friendly team on a part time, permanent basis.

Spire Murrayfield Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital. **_This is a part time 22.5 hours position and the hours will be worked across 3 days per week between 9am and 5pm. _**
- You will be responsible for providing support to the Business Administrator to ensure all financial administrative processes within the hospital fit with business need. _

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Daily print out of cash report and liaising with reception regarding safe payments.
- Processing daily cash sheets from various areas, raising additional batches and inputting all data onto a monthly spreadsheet.
- Cashiering/banking duties in relation to self-pay deposits, point of sale billing and credit card handling. Posting of entries to accounting systems.
- Dealing with day-to-day finance queries from customers and acting as a liaison point for Finance Support Services Centre.
- Raising RTPs (request to pay) for Suppliers, consultants and anaesthetist fees collected by the hospital; also charging consultants for use of consulting rooms.
- Posting charges to patient/ vendor accounts e.g. Pathology charges, Collecting consultant fees
- Assist head of department with bank timecard input and contracted staff additional hours spreadsheet
- Liaise with central HR shared services and payroll to investigates colleague queries about pay

**Who we're looking for**
- Previous experience of working in an office, either within or supporting a finance function is desirable
- Great communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with a broad based multi-disciplinary client base.
- Ability to act with tact and discretion as demanded by a given situation with the appropriate level of confidentiality.
