A social media assistant with experience working in a consumer facing business.

This role is to make sure we find and attract the right customers effectively. Driving engagement with them during their time with us and encouraging them to stay with us.
- Be fluent in mandarin and english
- Oversee, plan and schedule all Social Media posts.
- Support in developing the Social Media Marketing Strategy.
- Ensure that all content created is aligned with the company Brand.
- Provide creative input and Content Ideation.
- Work with the creation team, for visually strong content creation.
- Deliver reports on the above and work with other stakeholders on the analysis of same.
- Plan and execute high performing digital marketing campaigns across channels, deal with enquiries and bookings.
- Measure and analyse digital marketing activity and make recommendations for testing and optimisation.
- Fully understand and measure the digital marketing funnel and optimisation alongside other channels to ensure we are driving the best ROI and appropriate usage for each channel.
- Report on digital marketing performance on weekly/monthly basis against KPIs
- Manage website content to enhance the researching and booking experience. Monitor performance and suggest ways of enhancing this experience on an ongoing basis.
- Report on web performance on a weekly/monthly basis against KPIs
- Identify digital marketing trends and insights, optimising spends and performance based on this knowledge.
- Manage the marketing budget for digital customer acquisition.

- Campaign experience essential
- Retail experience preferred
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
