**Actual salary**: £26,032 - £27,646

**Holidays**: equivalent 13 weeks per academic year

The HLTA will be responsible for motivating and engaging vulnerable students with SEMH needs. This is a role for a practitioner who will work imaginatively and in partnership with school, parents/carers and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for pupils, supporting their academic and pastoral needs. You will work with students 1:1 and in small groups as you support with re-engaging with their education.
