**Solar PV Administrator**

Starting in Check eligibility in a department of 6 and in a busy office environment of 40, it is a great opportunity to develop a long-term career path within the company, our client base are people in fuel poverty and we take no payment from them, we simply let them know what energy saving measures they are entitled to under the Government grant scheme, fit them and get paid from the scheme.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers post installation to ensure they have all required information
- Follow up with sub-contractors for paperwork and information relating to on-going and completed works.
- Communicate with electricity companies to register and progress installations.
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.
- Download allocated jobs from the server.
- Update status of job on shared spreadsheet with office.
- Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data as required.
- Assisting the senior managers with any ad-hoc tasks.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Full training Given.

**Job Type**
- Full-time/permanent
- Immediate start available
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience
- 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
- Driving Licence preferred due to our location
