**Job Summary**:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices and expense reports.
- Assist with various projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
