Pertemps have a new and exciting role for an Insurance Consultant with the potential to progress within an amazing organisation within the insurance industry. In return you will receive a generous starting salary of between £20,000 - £22,000 per year withfree on site parking in modern offices based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
**Main Duties include.**:

- Build strong customer relationships.
- Customer Services related administration as required.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the clients General Insurance products, as applicable to product licences.
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers, and all members of Agency clients.
- Deal with insurance claims within your authority, for all customers, in accordance with the Agent’s Claims Guide.
- Process and dispatch renewal documentation to Agency standards.
- Administer all networking instructions to meet Agency completion standards.
- Implement customer money collection and processing procedures to maintain Agency credit control.
- Comply with all applicable sections of the General Insurance Compliance Manual.
- Produce correspondence to required time-frames and quality standards.

- Written and verbal communication skills.
