The Blackwell Grange Hotel has a vacancy for a housekeeper.

Our hotel has 108 guest bedrooms and you will be responsible for a high standard of cleaning in the rooms. This is a physical role, making and changing beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting and polishing. You will have an eye for detail and be able to work under your own initiative.

You will also need to report any maintenance issues/damage/lost property in hotel rooms, be able to recognise and report unusual behaviour to ensure Hotel security and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.

The hours available are on a casual basis depending on the needs of the business with working hours between 9.00am and 16.30pm including weekends. The hotel is open year round and all applicants must be aware that there is an expectation to work all public holidays including Christmas. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary, as full training will be given.
