**Clinical Development Administrator**

**Location - Sandwich, Kent**

**Salary - £13.05 to £17.00 per hour**

We have a fantastic opportunity in Sandwich for a Clinical Development Administrator to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working full-time, 4 days a week, on initially a 23-month contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate and wors in a team environment, working closely with other colleagues to coordinate workflow and completion of work within deadlines
- Ensure that administrative functions are carried out proficiently
- Support the documentation, coordination, and filing of budgetary and financial issues
- Manage calendars in alignment with their priorities
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including ensuring meeting rooms and AV Equipment is reserved, catering is in place, etc
- Prepare documents for meetings, taking/issuing meeting minutes
- Efficiently manage travel arrangements ensuring scheduling of transportation, hotel, car, etc
- Complete expense reports and perform AMEX reconciliation and issue resolution
- Manage documents and maintain an inventory of electronic and hard copy files
- Sending packages by Courier/FedEx
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

- Strong ethical standards and the ability to show discretion with confidential information
- Flexible and adaptable to change and to learn new skills as required
