**Salary**: PP4-7 £24,550.24 - £26,647.40 p.a
**Hours**:16 - 19 Hours
**Weeks Contracted**:52 weeks - Working Pattern negotiable within the hours and Monday - Friday
**Contract Type**: Part Time / Permanent

**Job Purpose**
To support college systems and processes around timetabling in order that student timetables are accurate and reflecting any changes and also to ensure accurate register and attendance monitoring. Working with Assistant Principals, CAMs/SAMs to ensure that timetables are correctly reflected and adjusted throughout the academic year. To ensure accurate timetabling records and proactive planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Core Responsibilties:

- Work closely with APs, CAMs, SAMs, Line Managers to coordinate and develop timetables across PFL, LEAP, Vocational and A2P Curriculum Areas and Parallel Curriculum.
- Use MIS/College Management systems to create timetables for all students.
- Demonstrate effective communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Support records and reporting in line with the College and stakeholder requirements, including the DfE and Local Authority.
- Support and liaise with tutors and Student Support staff where necessary to ensure accurate planning and development of timetables.
- Undertake self checking and audit of work to ensure the College’s continued reputation for excellence.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updating of all enrolled students (including Learner Journey team, Attendance and Engagement Officer CAMs/SAMs and APs)
- Complete regular audits of timetables in conjuncture with the Quality team including compliance audits of funded provision
- Contribute to the ILR completion ensuring timetables meet planned learning hours for funding.

Administration:

- Manage manual and computerised record/information systems including updating Databridge MIS.
- Undertake typing and word-processing, photocopying, filing and complex IT based tasks.

General

- Comply with all College policies and procedures
- Undertake appropriate training and development as required, including any mandatory and/or refresher training required for the role.
- Carry out any other duties which may reasonably be required and fall within the scope and responsibility of the role.

- Take responsibility for ongoing personal development and growth of expertise.
- Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
- Train and develop other employees,
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Principal.

- GCSE Equivalent - *A-C In English and Maths
- Robust and confident communication skills
- Good understanding and ability to use relevant documentation/technology.
- Ability to relate well to young adults.
- Good organising, planning and prioritising skills.
- Methodical with a good attention to detail.
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions, implement guidance and regulations.

- Understands how to communicate effectively with students with a range of SEND needs.

- Experience of using IT systems; Microsoft packages
- Understanding confidentiality and data protection.
- Excellent organisational skills and have a well organised approach to work.
- Ability to meet Deadlines through prioritising and managing time effectively.

**Desirable**
- A Level Equivalent / Degree
- Good understanding of supporting young people with SEND.
