We are looking for a new adult & child swimming teacher to join our team. We have venues across Shropshire, Chester and the Wirral and we are looking to expand further.

Monday - Friday 9 - 12pm

Monday - Friday 4 - 6pm

Saturday 10 - 2pm

Rate of pay depends on qualifications and experience.

Applicants must have their Swim England level 2 swimming teachers certificate, or the STA equivalent versions and experience of teaching adult & child classes.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each participant.
- Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the swimming area.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve instructional skills.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative as an individual instructor.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or lifeguarding is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping others develop their swimming abilities.
