**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
- Assist in training new staff members in bar operations and customer service standards when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic bartending knowledge is advantageous; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
