If you are a Senior RSW or RSW looking for a new and exciting role then Tezlom have a fantastic opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to work at a 3 bed EBD Home in Kirkby.

This is an existing and therapeutic home that supports 3 children between the ages of 8-17 with education, living, independence and guidance.

You will join an existing staff team, consisting of a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and Residential Support Workers.

INDSW

You will still act as a support worker for the children at the service, supporting them both inside and outside the home, whilst also being a beacon of trust and responsibility: you will be involved in delegating tasks to the support workers and play a key part in the running of the facility.

Shift pattern is 2:4 (2 shifts on, 4 shifts off, with sleep ins [paid at £60] in between)

Hourly rate is around £11.50 per hour, therefore coupled with garaunteed sleeps you will earn roughly £30k in your first year.

Experience/Qualifications needed:

- NVQ 3 in Residential Childcare/Equivalent is Essential
- Driver with own vehicle is desirable
- Experience as a Senior desirable however will consider a qualified RSW

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (required)
- Drivers License (preferred)
