**A bit about us**
Cairngorm Administration & Sales provide office, rental, and sales services to The Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club. Based in Coylumbridge, Aviemore, the Coylumbridge Highland Lodges Club consists of 61 self-catering properties which are owned on a timeshare basis.
**Position Details**
Full time 40hrs per week
Cairngorm Administration & Sales operates between the hours of:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & Saturday - Sunday 8am - 8pm.
Daily shifts will be 8 hours and will include weekends. Flexibility is possible with regards to days off.
**Key Responsibilities**
Working as part of the administration team to make sure everything is in place for each guest arrival.
Providing a warm welcome to all guests and delivering a great check-in, stay and departure experience.
Inputting detail into a database, word documents or Excel (full training will be provided).
Developing strong working relationships with all onsite departments.
Building product knowledge of all the lodges to be able to assist with general questions asked, rental or sales enquiries.
Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and organisational abilities.
A friendly approach and enthusiasm is essential. There is room for professional development, if desired, which will see you grow from the ground up. Experience using Excel, Word or a database would be great, but all training will be given.
**Pay**
Starting from £25,000 per annum
