**Your new opportunity**

We are looking for a **Team Leader** to join our services within our **Connect 2 Service** which is a service which provides a wide range and support for people with physical and learning disabilities.

The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers.

This is a **full time permanent**working **39 hours per week**.

**What you will need to bring to the role**
- Compassion and kindness to support people in their day to day lives.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
- Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
- Good IT & communication skills.
- **Experience managing large teams.**:

- **Experience with rota management**
