JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel
PQE: Flexible
LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: £60K - £90K (dependant on experience)
THE ROLE: As Legal Counsel you will work across the EMEA region providing broad ranging, commercially focused legal support that will ultimately enable the success and growth of the business, drive compliance and limit risk exposure.
Key accountabilities:

- Deliver proactive, efficient and robust legal advice to a range of stakeholders on a variety of legal topics across multiple businesses and jurisdictions
- Draft and negotiate agreements, contracts and other legal documents that minimize risks and maximize legal rights
- Assist with product development and the integration of new businesses
- Instruct, manage and interact with third parties including external counsel, regulators, public authorities etc.
- Provide internal training and help enhance the legal resources available to stakeholders
- Proactively evaluate processes and procedures, identifying risks and non-compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain networks internally and externally around the world
- Plan and execute legal support for large projects as well as supporting day to day business activities.
Alongside the above, we are looking for a solicitor who desires a broad ranging role that offers cross-jurisdictional work and who is able to manage competing workload demands and comfortable working autonomously.
