My Role as General Maintenance Technician is to enjoy a fast paced environment producing high quality installations and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
I will be responsible for:

- Repairs to the internal and external fabric of holiday homes and buildings
- Plumbing and leak repair
- Carpentry and glazing
- Basic electrical repair and safe isolation
- Appliance repair
Maintenance work will be carried out reactively as well as planned and preventatively.Providing quality workmanship and following all Bourne H&S requirements whilst on the job.
Qualifications/Experience/Training (internal team):

- Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
- Evidence of previous trade roles.
- Driving license - car.
Qualifications can be gained through Havens internal upskilling programme, previous qualifications are desired but a problem solving attitude and willingness to learn will be considered as important to this role.
