We are now looking for **Warehouse Operatives & Forklift Drivers** to work from our depot in Luton. Working within our cold store warehouse, including in temperatures of -25 degrees your role will involve picking and loading orders as well replenishing stocks. Putting orders together for next day delivery to our customers, you will be part of a warehouseteam driven to deliver excellent customer service. - Flexible to meet requirements of the business - Have a positive approach and outlook - Have proven track record in a similar type of role - Have good communication skills, and a professional attitude - Fork lift licences (counter balance and reach truck) **Working days and hours**: Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm **In return, Eden Farm offer a competitive basic hourly rate**: **Fork-lift drivers**: - Days - 1 licence: £10.30, with the potential to earn £10.80.00 per hour - Days - 2 licences: £11.00, with the potential to earn £11.50 per hour **Warehouse operatives**: - Days - Basic £10.10, with the potential to earn £11.50 per hour **Additional benefits**: - Competitive hourly performance payment - 28 days holiday a year (incl of bank holidays) - Company Pension Scheme - Employee Assistance Programme - Free parking **In addition to these benefits, we also offer an excellent transport service to and from our depot in the recently developed Butterfield Business Park.
