**JOB COACH - Part time roles available - Picketts Lock and across East London**

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour.

We have various part time support work roles available to work with young people aged 18-25 in their workplace, who have special educational needs and/or learning disabilities. You will be providing support for young people who have recently completed one of our Supported Internship Projects.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing job coaching such as supervising, prompting, and supporting the young person to complete day to day tasks and to be productive in the workplace.
- liaising with the employer to support their requirements
- Helping the young person prioritise their workload.
- Help each young person make progress in all aspects of employability, including work-related and independent travel skills where needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous support work experience, working with young people with SEND to enhance their work-related skills
- Ability to provide positive behaviour support
- Job coaching skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
