We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Sales Team Leader** to support and guide our internal sales team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will motivate, coach, and supervise the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service. You will help set clear goals, monitor performance through KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and guide the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Motivate, coach, and provide day-to-day supervision to the team, helping them develop skills and confidence.
- Assist in monitoring team performance through KPIs, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Help generate new and repeat business by understanding customer requirements and supporting the team in meeting client needs.
- Support accurate sales forecasting and contribute to the creation of sales plans.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to implement promotions and stay aware of new product developments.
- Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues to support a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
- Promote the company’s values and uphold its reputation in all interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures and ensure the team does the same.
- Undertake other reasonable tasks that support the smooth running of the sales function.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong communication skills, able to adapt style to different audiences.
- Experience in supervising or coaching an internal sales team.
- Proven track record in sales within FMCG, Retail, or similar industries.
- Results-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.
- Well organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer journey.
