Milk & Miel is a beloved independent café at the heart of Prestwich, known for our warm atmosphere, top-quality coffee, and community spirit. We’re currently on the lookout for a Front of House Server / Barista to join our friendly team.

What We’re Looking For:
A reliable and punctual team player

Someone who is willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced café environment

A people person with a warm and engaging personality

Strong customer service skills - someone who genuinely enjoys making others feel welcome

A positive attitude and good work ethic

Experience as a barista or in a similar role is great, but not essential - we’re happy to train the right person

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting customers with a smile and creating a welcoming environment

Preparing and serving specialty coffee and drinks to high standards

Taking orders, running food and drinks, and maintaining a tidy FOH area

Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Upholding Milk & Miel’s values of quality, consistency, and community
