**UK College of Business and Computing**has a fantastic new opportunity for a **Student Recruitment Officer**to join the team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of**£24,000 - £28,000 per annum plus commissiondepending on experience.**

**UK College of Business and Computing (UKCBC)** is an established provider of Higher Education. The College currently operates from 2 campuses across London and has a growing student population. The College is offering a range of undergraduatecourses.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities of ourStudent Recruitment Officer**:

- Actively contacting prospective students to advise them in their study choices with a focus on converting them into students
- Being the key respondent to enquiries made via the College online chat service
- Showing the highest level of service when dealing with prospective students and current students by consistently achieving quality targets defined by the Head of Marketing
- Engaging with our target audience in a variety of websites such as online forums, community websites, questions and answers websites and social media when required
- Having a full understanding of the courses offered by the UKCBC, their method of delivery and of government funding opportunities where necessary
- Providing support to the Marketing team on internal and external events, as well as exhibitions in the College participates
- Assisting in the creation of policies, guidelines, and support materials

**What we’re looking for in ourStudent Recruitment Officer**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience working in a B2C/B2B sales position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated, and can maintain a high level of self-motivation
- The ability to work under pressure, while achieving conversion targets
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- You feel right at home using a CRM to manage your client relationships
- The ability to deal professionally with a wide range of people

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience or personal interest in the education industry
- Experience in engaging users across multiple social media platforms
- Understanding the commercial challenges of converting prospects into students
