**In the role of Food Beverage Supervisor, you'll find yourself engaged in a variety of tasks, including**:

- Embrace change and drive innovation for exceptional customer experiences in both our restaurant and meetings events department.
- Manage customer flow in the bar and restaurant, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Inspire and lead restaurant and Meetings Events teams for outstanding service.
- Collaborate across departments for consistent food and beverage service excellence.
- Enhance understanding of profit and loss impact, contributing to labour cost management.
- Lead outstanding meeting and events, including assisting in setting up meeting and function rooms.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to in all areas.
