**Role: Facilities/ Reception**
**Location: Thatcham, Berkshire**
**Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience**
**The day to day duties**
You will need full on reception and administration support but the role is so much more than that.
You would be the lynchpin of the business, the interface between all the departments
You need to be confident, switched on, someone who has the right attributes for reception, well presented, a strong communicator but who is also happy to take on other duties including;
Monitoring the HR in-box on boarding new starters
Liaising with their IT provider preparing basic reports
Attending company monthly meetings preparing information for those meetings and recording notes
For this you would need word, excel and PowerPoint knowledge
**in your new job will be.**
- Degree level education or equivalent
- CIPD qualified with broad HR experience at leadership team level in unionised environments
- Experience in dealing with all aspects of HR practice
- Employment law knowledge
- Experience of managing and developing a team of people
- Coaching experience
