**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within our warehouse facility.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities
- Utilise forklifts for materials handling and moving goods
- Oversee loading and unloading of shipments
- Manage inventory control and stock levels
- Provide mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Implement warehouse management systems for efficient tracking
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
