We are excited to be recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our team, assisting and supporting on a variety of day-to-day operational activities including across the group.

**What Does The Role Involve?**
- Maintaining internal systems, tracking metrics, and providing reports
- Maintaining inventory levels, placing orders and updating internal systems
- Completing quality and compliance documentation.
- Maintaining workflow reporting to ensure that procedures are adhered to.
- Coordination of tasks between internal teams to achieve required outputs
- Updating project wide reports for weekly review meetings.

**About You**
- Proven experience in an operations administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.

Streetspace Group delivers specialist design, manufacturing and construction services across the UK under its Streetspace Structures, metroSTOR and urbanspec brands. From large scale covered environments for sport, learning and play, modular cycle parking and street furniture products to innovative waste and recycling storage systems.

**Salary & Benefits**

Based at our Head Office in Hythe, this is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, great workspace, facilities and a friendly, open working environment.
- Full Time, Permanent Role
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 24 Days Paid Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
- £30K-£36k DOE
