Care Choice North West Limited are looking for caring and compassionate people to join our team, who will follower our values.

**We have full and part time positions available working various shift patterns**:
**Shifts available from 6:00am until 11:00pm**

**Mornings 6:30am - 2:00pm**

Breakfast and Dinner Calls

**Afternoons 3pm - 10.00pm**

Tea and Bedtime Calls

All calls will be neighbourhood zoned

**We will support any care worker who wants to complete NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care following a successful probation period.**

**Do you need experience? No, but you do need to be a caring and compassionate person, which comes naturally.**

We always believe we can train people with the theory and practical skills like medication and moving and handling etc.

You should be a good listener and get to know what people’s gifts and aspirations are.

We want you to be able to encourage people to develop on their friendships and networks.

We want carers and support workers to enable the people they support to feel more confident in their abilities which provides the foundation for people to be able to contribute and be appreciated in their local communities.

**Salary**: £10.60 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Standish, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
