Proven track record of delivering a B2B services within a marketing role
- Previous experience in the energy sector (oil and gas, and/or renewables) preferred
- Excellent written English and a strong copywriter
- Proactive and organised, with good project management and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable building good working relationships with a range of marketing and non-marketing stakeholders
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in Adobe creative suite a plus, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to advise changes
- Must be happy to travel to different locations to spend time on-site with our teams (you will still have hybrid working flexibility)

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a Marketing Executive, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid manner but must be willing to undertake some travel to our different locations to spend time on site with our operational, technical and sales teams. While the points noted below form the core of the role, we are a fast paced and dynamic marketing team so you will need to be flexible and supportive of the business needs as they evolve.
- Marketing delivery and project management - ensuring planned marketing activity is delivered on time and within agreed budgets to optimise the impact, results, and ROI of campaigns
- Marketing campaign management end to end
- Event management, supporting the team with the planning and preparation for events
- Continuous improvement - focusing on the quality and performance of campaigns
- Digital first - adopting a ‘digital first’ mindset and making sure that digital performance of all marketing channels and activity is optimised and front of mind across everything you do
