**What you’ll be doing**
- Project and office administration.
- Coordinate activities across the team and provide and deliver reports, presentations, and data analyses to support meetings.
- Support functionality across the Delivery Office through designing and delivering effective processes.
- Support delivery through progress tracking and reporting.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with buying and payment operations for the team.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
- Assist with Health and Safety activities across the team.

Hybrid -Hampton Coal Wharf or Reading, you will be required in the office or on-site 1-2 days a week

36 hours a week, Monday to Friday

**What you should bring to the role**
- Knowledge and a background in a previous admin role
- Microsoft Office background knowledge and comfortable using it
- Confidence to speak to all levels of external and internal stakeholders

**What’s in it for you?**
- This role will be offering a salary between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum
- 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays)
