**The Role**

As you well know, this is a profession that’s all about the long-term. You know what it’s like when young people are passed from pillar to post - you just don’t see the same kind of successes that you see when they’re given access to strategic, consistentand joined-up therapy. Which is exactly why we’ve built our whole approach around the latter and have a multidisciplinary team who’ll work alongside you, including Psychologists, Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

It’s not just the fact that you’ll have access to nearly 100 different professionals offering you peer support, development and shared best practice, plus a Clinical Director providing clinical governance. It’s also that we’re a nationwide network of sector-leadingschools and children’s homes who create the best outcomes for our children enabling us to develop a holistic, unique approach to each child’s development.

- Be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the integrated development of each and every young person that lives and learns with us
- Have the additional privilege of leading, motivating and managing a team of Speech & Language Therapists every bit as dedicated as you are
- Promote and enable Reflective Practice in your informal working relationships as well as when you chair and facilitate meetings
- Take an active part in the recruitment of new Speech & Language Therapists to your team as well as identifying training and development needs for those within it

A member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists, you will be comfortable delivering training to parents and other professionals and will have supervision qualifications. Experience of working with those with autism, mental health issues andsocial and emotional difficulties will stand you in good stead for a role filled with possibility - not just for our young people, but for you too, as you develop your career.
