Reporting to the Senior L&D Manager your role will be to get involved in all areas of the L&D function from administration, managing training provider relationships, co-ordinatingtraining programmes and delivering training internally.

This is a perfect role for someone looking to grow their career in L&D. If you have excellent administration skills and a passion for helping others grow and develop then this is the role for you. In addition to a competitive salary, this company operatesa hybrid working model so the expectation would be that you would only be in the Cambridge office 2 / 3 days a week.
