**Description**
- Conducting the KYC/AML Analyst search process for new requests, alerts, refresh and closure in line with AML regulations and industry best practice
- Carrying out AML/KYC periodic reviews on customers by collating information from online company registries, company information providers, public sources and using internal systems and screening tools, to verify the identity and beneficial ownership/controlof customers, identifying any higher risk factors and completing a full risk assessment on each customer.
- Conducting screening of clients to identify any links to PEPs, sanctions, adverse media and financial crime
- Managing own caseload and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and in line with company SLAs
- Maintenance of the KYC/AML Registers
- Collating internal documents and signatures as necessary to support Delivery Partner requests for AML checks on BBB
- Liaising across the product teams and Relationship managers on Operational Compliance matters
- Building stakeholder relationships with internal teams such as Operational Risk and Finance, Legal and Product Teams
- Supporting the design and management of Internal reports
- Monitoring the requirements and KPIs within the SLAs and reporting breaches internally Supporting the development and design of internal working process documentation

**Profile**
- Knowledge of KYC/AML Analyst procedures and checks
- Proven experience in a CDD/AML role, including practical knowledge and experience of AML/CDD requirements
- Working knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and associated industry guidance
- An understanding of, and experience of working with different corporate structures across different jurisdictions
- An understanding and working knowledge of capitalisation tables and confirmation statements
- A good understanding of bribery and corruption, as well as money laundering legislation and how it impacts on completing customer risk reviews would be required
- Knowledge/experience of Transaction Monitoring procedures
- A good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience of working flexibly in a team environment to deliver required results.
- Experience in effective verbal communication and in producing concise and comprehensible written reports.
- Evidence of strong organisational ability

**Job Offer**
- £30,000 - £33,000
- 12 month fixed term contract
