**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. **Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or requests.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced till at the end of each shift.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
