We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Late Shift Team on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of August, with the possibility move in to a permanent role depending on performance and business growth. The hours are 15:30 - 00:00.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- **5+ years’ experience in a warehouse role.**:

- **Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.**:

- **Forklift/VNA trained desirable but not essential.**:

- **Flexible to move shifts when required.**

**The Role**:

- Picking, packing, wrapping, and loading/unloading of all goods onto/off vans/trucks, making sure all items are checked and present and paperwork completed correctly.
- Use of MHE equipment including forklift trucks / VNA’s / pump trucks for the safe movement of stock in the warehouse.
- Support assembly/manufacturing work as organised by Warehouse Supervisor.
- Ensure premises including warehouses and yard are kept 100% tidy, clean and safe, following 5S standards/methods.
- Ensure all goods handling is done in a safe manner following all H&S guidelines.
- Carry out daily stock checks as requested by line manager to support stock accuracy in the warehouse.
- Quality checking all outbound goods to ensure no damages/faults to goods and items are clean and packaged accordingly.
- Make sure goods are moved/stored efficiently and carefully to ensure no damages.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is provided to drivers for deliveries/collections.
- Notify Supervisor with paperwork if damages occur.
- Support with maintaining MHE equipment to ensure they are kept in good working order.
- To be flexible to divert to other tasks, roles, and shift times according to the dictate of management.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
