Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join our team based at the Imperial Hotel, Ilfracombe.

About the Job

As a Head Receptionist you will be required to work 42 hours per week over 5 or 6 days including weekends. The rate of pay is £11.15 per hour.

Working in the busy reception area of the hotel, you will be accountable for the reception team, whilst delivering excellent levels of customer service to our customers. You will also be responsible for the completion of administration and payroll tasks, along with creating and issuing stock orders with suppliers.

This is a diverse role where you will be expected to handle reception enquiries professionally, including taking reservations and checking guests in and out. You will also be expected to account for petty cash transactions, cash floats, bill payments and the sale of sundries.

The role is a mix of early, late and mid shifts, 7am - 2.30pm and 2pm - 10pm and day shifts.
